Overview:

The Plumb Pro Referral Program (“Program”) rewards existing customers (“Referrers”) and new customers (“Referees”) with a $25 gift card each when a successful referral is made. The Program is designed to thank loyal customers for recommending Plumb Pro’s services and to welcome new customers to the Plumb Pro family.

How It Works:

Referral Submission: The Referee must complete a referral form provided through Plumb Pro’s system. The form must include the Referrer’s full name (first and last).

Booking a Service: The Referee must book a service with Plumb Pro within one (1) month of completing the referral form.

Service Completion: The service booked by the Referee must be completed successfully for the referral to qualify.

Gift Card Issuance: After the service is completed, both the Referrer and Referee will receive an email and/or text notification with instructions to claim their $25 gift cards. Please allow up to 30 business days after completion of required service to receive gift cards.

Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility: Referrers must be existing Plumb Pro customers.Referees must be new customers who have never booked a service with Plumb Pro before.

Referral Limit: There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer can make. Each successful referral qualifies for a $25 gift card for both the Referrer and the Referee. Each Referrer may receive a maximum of $600 in referral gift cards per calendar year.

Timeframe: The Referee must book a service within 30 days of completing the referral form. Gift cards will be issued after the Referee’s service is completed and paid in full.

Gift Card Details: Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards will be sent via email, or postal mail, within thirty (30) business days after the service is completed.

Disqualification: Referrals that do not include the Referrer’s full name will be disqualified. Referrals from existing customers who refer themselves are not eligible.Services canceled by the Referee will void the referral.

Program Modifications: Plumb Pro reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

Fraud Prevention: Plumb Pro reserves the right to investigate referrals for potential fraud or abuse. Referrals deemed fraudulent will be disqualified, and the associated accounts may be restricted from future participation.

Compliance with Laws: The Program is void where prohibited by law. Participants are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with local regulations.

How to Participate:

Visit the referral form link provided by Plumb Pro.Enter the Referrer’s full name and complete the required fields.Book a service with Plumb Pro within one (1) month of submitting the form. Enjoy your service and claim your $25 gift card once the job is done!
