Overview

The Plumb Pro Referral Program ("Program") rewards existing Plumb Pro customers ("Referrers") who refer a new customer ("Referee") to Plumb Pro. When a referral is successful, the Referrer and the Referee each receive a $25 gift card. The Program is our way of thanking loyal customers for spreading the word and welcoming new customers to the Plumb Pro family.

How It Works

Submit a referral. A current Plumb Pro customer (the Referrer) completes the referral form and provides the Referee's information, including the Referee's phone number.

The Referee books a service. The Referee must book a qualifying paid service with Plumb Pro within 30 days of the referral form being submitted.

The service is completed and paid. The booked service must be completed and paid in full for the referral to qualify.

Both parties are rewarded. Once the referral is verified, the Referrer and the Referee will each receive a $25 gift card. Please allow up to 30 business days after the qualifying service is completed for gift cards to be issued.

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility. Referrers must be existing Plumb Pro customers. Referees must be new customers who have not previously booked a service with Plumb Pro.

Referee information required. A referral must include the Referee's first name and a valid phone number so the referral can be matched to a completed service. Referrals submitted without a usable Referee phone number may be disqualified.

Booking window. The Referee must book a qualifying paid service within 30 days of the referral form submission. Referrals where the Referee does not book within this window will expire.

Qualifying service. Only services that are completed and paid in full qualify. Quotes, estimates, canceled services, and unpaid services do not qualify.

Referral limit. There is no limit to how many people a Referrer may refer. Each successful referral earns a $25 gift card for both the Referrer and the Referee, up to a maximum of $600 in referral gift cards per Referrer per calendar year.

Gift card details. Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards are issued within 30 business days after the qualifying service is completed and verified, and are delivered by email or text.

Disqualification. Referrals may be disqualified if the Referee is not a new customer, if the Referee's service is canceled or not paid in full, if the Referrer refers themselves, or if required information is missing or inaccurate.

Fraud prevention. Plumb Pro reserves the right to investigate any referral for fraud or abuse. Referrals deemed fraudulent will be disqualified, and the associated participants may be removed from the Program.

Program modifications. Plumb Pro reserves the right to modify or end the Program at any time without prior notice.

Compliance with laws. The Program is void where prohibited. Participants are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with applicable law.

How to Participate

Open the referral form link provided by Plumb Pro.

Enter your information and the information of the person you're referring, including their phone number.

Have your referral book a qualifying paid service with Plumb Pro within 30 days.

Once their service is completed and verified, you'll both receive a $25 gift card (please allow up to 60 business days from day of referral submission).
